We process personal data in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we collect

  • Purchase data: name, email address, phone number (optional), country, and the product purchased.
  • Payment data: processed directly by our payment providers. We receive only limited information such as transaction ID, amount and the last digits of the card — never your full card number.
  • Account and usage data: login activity and progress inside our web apps.
  • Support data: messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, collected through essential cookies and basic analytics.

3. Why we use it (and legal basis)

  • To deliver your purchase and give you access to the program — performance of a contract.
  • To provide customer support, including the welcome check-in by email and WhatsApp — performance of a contract.
  • To process payments, refunds and prevent fraud — contract and legitimate interest.
  • To comply with tax and legal obligations — legal obligation.
  • To send marketing emails, only if you agree — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as payment processors, the platform that hosts our web apps and video lessons, email delivery services and messaging tools, and with authorities when required by law. Some of these providers may be located outside Brazil; in such cases we rely on appropriate safeguards provided by law.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and make our sites work, and may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Retention

We keep purchase and account data while your access is active and for as long as required by tax, accounting and consumer law (generally up to 5 years), after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access restrictions.

8. Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent, as well as object to certain processing. To exercise any right, email murilo_tboa01@icloud.com. We respond within 15 days. You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD) or your local authority.

9. Children

Our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes
